Callie Goodman, MS, is a clinical psychology doctoral candidate at Palo Alto University specializing in pediatric behavioral health. She is completing advanced clinical training in pediatric psychology and treats children and adolescents with complex medical, developmental, emotional, and behavioral concerns. Her training included multidisciplinary pediatric care at Stanford Children's Health IBD and Celiac Center and the UCSF Pediatric Headache Center, where she provided CBT-based assessment and intervention for youth with inflammatory bowel disorder, celiac disease, disorders of gut-brain interaction, migraine, and other headache disorders.
Callie brings a resilience-oriented, science-based approach to evidence-based care, informed by her research on how gut neurotransmitters contribute to pain and anxiety. She helps youth understand their body's stress response and build skills to restore balance. She is passionate about empowering youth to recognize their resilience and supporting whole-person health in ways that honor each family's culture and context.
In her free time, Callie enjoys having fun with her family and friends, birding, being in nature, exercising, and eating delicious food.
