Dr. Barry is a co-founder of Streamind Health and a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in pediatric health psychology. She completed her pediatric psychology residency at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, where she trained in integrated pain and GI psychology. She then completed her fellowship in diabetes psychology through JDRF at UMass Medical School.

Prior to co-founding Streamind, Dr. Barry served as the lead psychologist embedded within the Diabetes Center at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, where she worked with children, adolescents, and families managing type 1 diabetes. Her clinical expertise includes promoting adherence to complex medical regimens, supporting healthy lifestyle changes, fostering engagement in daily life in the context of medical complexity, and guiding families through adjustment to new diagnoses. She is passionate about advancing integrated care models and supporting clinicians in delivering high-quality, evidence-based, condition-specific behavioral health care.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and three kids, and rooting for her New England sports teams.
